Horseradish and Potato Salad
The perfect horseradish and potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Horseradish
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Red Onion, finely diced
- 5 Radish
- 1 Hard boiled egg
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Boil the potatoes in sufficiently salted water, drain and let cool.
- Put the sour cream together with the horseradish in a bowl and stir until smooth and add enough milk to make a creamy dressing, not too thin and not too thick. Season with salt, pepper and the lemon juice. Now add the finely chopped red onion and stir.
- Now peel the potatoes and cut into the dressing, then mix everything well. First cut the radishes into slices and then into strips and add them. Finely chop the parsley and add it as well and mix everything well again. Let it steep for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Serve the potato salad in shallow bowls with slices of hard-boiled egg, garnish with a few fresh radishes and parsley.
tip
- You can eat the potato salad just like that. But it also tastes very good with fish or roast beef.
