Cold Avocado Soup

The perfect cold avocado soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Cold vegetable broth
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 0,333333 Cucumber
  • 1 El Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Unsweetened soy yogurt
  1. Cut the spring onions and cucumber into large pieces, remove the avocado pulp. Finely puree with the broth and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Min. Chill for 3 hours.
  3. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
