Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal with fish

Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour and make a roux. Stir in the cream and water, then season with salt and pepper. Stir in the horseradish and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir a pinch of sugar and the finely chopped parsley into the sauce.
