Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 turkey schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Horseradish, from the jar
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper, brush one side thinly with horseradish, dip it in the beaten egg, and coat it in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil, brown the schnitzel, and continue to cook gently. Turn it over carefully; the breading won’t stick well due to the lack of flour. Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
