Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) horseradish, grated
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp soup powder
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the horseradish near an open window. Then add a little butter to the pot and the grated horseradish, sautéing lightly. Pour in the milk and simmer (the longer it cooks, the milder it will become). Add enough milk to make a nice, creamy sauce. Season to taste with vinegar, soup mix, salt, and sugar. If you want to thicken it, sprinkle in 1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs at the end and bring back to a boil.
