Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Chop approximately 1/4 of an iceberg lettuce, 2 tomatoes, and 1/2 a cucumber. Place the mixture in a bowl with the corn and olives (if desired) and stir to combine. Then, add the fries to the oven (season with salt, pepper, and paprika when they’re done). For the burgers, peel the onions and chop them into small pieces. Mix them with the ground beef, egg, and breadcrumbs until you get a firm, kneadable mixture. Season to taste with pepper, salt, paprika, and ground beef seasoning. Form the mixture into 6 burgers and fry them. While the meat is cooking, you can make the cheese sauce. For the cheese sauce/dip, you can use any recipe of your choice (whichever you like best). I made it as follows: Heat approximately 100 ml of condensed milk with 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a saucepan. When it’s warm, add the 8 slices of processed cheese in small pieces (depending on how runny or thick you want the sauce, you can omit slices or add more). Finally, season the sauce with chili powder and hot chili or salsa sauce. Now that all the ingredients are ready, it’s time to top the burger. In this order: a bit of lettuce on the bottom half of the burger bun, then the burger, then more lettuce. Then enough fries that you can barely see the burger, then cheese sauce. Finally, the burger topping goes on top. I recommend eating the burger with a knife and fork.
