Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes, and briefly sauté in a little water until almost tender. Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil. Add the minced meat and simmer until lightly cooked. While it’s still half-raw, add the chopped bell peppers and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the bell peppers and zucchini until al dente, then stir in the potatoes. Season with mango chutney, add the chopped banana, stir in, and serve. This recipe is enough for two greedy children and their parents.
