Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 rolls (milk rolls)
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 leaves of lettuce, fresh
  • 4 slices of Gouda
  • mayonnaise
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Form the minced meat into 4 equal-sized, flat, thin patties. Heat fat in a pan and fry the patties for about 5 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, place a slice of cheese on each of the meat until the cheese has melted slightly. Slice the onion and fry in the pan until golden brown. Slice the tomato. Cut the buns in half. Spread one side with mayonnaise and the other with ketchup. Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom, then add the meat, the tomato slice, and a few fried onions. Place the bun lid on top and serve.
