Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 slices of toast bread, with rye
- 4 slices of bacon
- ¼ Camembert(s)
- 2 tsp herb cream cheese
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp chili sauce (hot sauce, e.g. 100% Pain)
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Toast the toast. Toast the bacon. Top two sandwiches each as follows: Spread a thin layer of herb cream cheese on one piece of toast. Spread a dollop of hot sauce on it (the amount and spiciness of the sauce is a matter of taste, of course—I would always use a habanero-based hot sauce). Place thin slices of Camembert on top, then the bacon. Spread ketchup on one slice of toast and top the sandwich with that.
