Ingredients
Hot beef marinade
- 1 T-Bone steak
- Rapeseed oil
- Hot sauce the retribution
- Salt
- Pepper, sprig of rosemary and sprig of thyme
Hot lamb marinade
- 2 Lamb chop
- Rapeseed oil
- Chilli powder
- 1 Pc. Bay leaf
- Salt, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom
Chicken skewer
- 3 Pc. Chicken breasts
- 1 Pc. Red pepper
- 0,5 Onion
- Rapeseed oil
- Pressed garlic
- Salt, pepper, curry powder and chili powder
Spring salad
- Bird salad
- Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Apple
- 4 Radish
- Almonds
- Chopped garlic
- 1 a cup Yogurt
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt, pepper, mustard
Instructions
Hot beef
- Wash the T-bone steak and dab with a paper towel. Mix the rapeseed oil with salt, pepper and retribution. Place the T Bone Steak in a suitable Tupperware dish, pour the marinade over it and add the washed sprigs of herbs. Marinate for at least 3 hours. Cook on the hot grill.
Hot lamb
- Wash the lamb chops and dab them with a paper towel. Mix the rapeseed oil with salt, pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon and cardamom. Place the lamb chops in a suitable Tupperware dish, pour the marinade over them and add the bay leaf. Marinate for at least 3 hours. Cook on the hot grill.
Chicken skewer
- Wash the chicken breasts, dry them and cut them into cubes. Wash and dice the peppers, cut ½ the onion into pieces that fit your mouth. Now alternate between sticking on wooden skewers or metal skewers. Mix the rapeseed oil with salt, pepper, curry powder and chilli powder. Put the skewers in a suitable Tupperware dish, brush with the chopped garlic and pour the marinade over them. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and then cook on the grill.
spring salad
- Mix the yogurt, sour cream and mustard in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the garlic and almonds and let them stand on their sides. Clean, wash and drain the bird's lettuce and iceberg lettuce. Wash the radishes and cut into pieces. Wash and core the apple and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the salads, radishes and the apple in the salad bowl and mix well.
