Hot cappuccino milk with a shot

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g cappuccino powder, instant
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • some vanilla
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 shot of brown rum
  • n. B. cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the cappuccino powder and cocoa powder in a saucepan and stir. Then add the milk and a dash of vanilla. Heat everything while stirring. Add a generous dash of dark rum and sweeten to taste with the cane sugar. Pour into a glass, dust with cocoa powder, and enjoy. Hot cappuccino milk is perfect for cold days. If you like, you can even top it with whipped cream.
