Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
  • 4 marshmallows

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

hot chocolate with marshmallows

Finely chop the chocolate with a knife or a food processor. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until almost boiling. Immediately remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate and sugar (or more, if desired). Pour the hot chocolate into large, wide mugs, add the marshmallows, and enjoy immediately.
