Ingredients
 

  • 1 branch Chocolate mint
  • 1 small umbel Elder
  • 1 small umbel Water

Instructions
 

  • Put the mint and elderberry in a tea glass or small pot and pour hot water over them.
  • Let it steep for about 6 to 10 minutes and then just enjoy, either pure or with a little agave syrup.
