Ingredients
 

  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 8 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 Discs Baguette slices
  • 8 Discs Goat cheese thaler
  • 125 g Red and green Salanova
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put the olive oil in a pan, cut the baguettes into slices and fry in the pan. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the herbs, cut the cheese thalers into slices, place on the baguettes and bake in the oven under the grill. Wash salad, distribute on plates, beat the vinegar, salt and pepper, and pour over the salad. Garnish with the cheese thalers and serve immediately.
