Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 100 g Goat cream cheese
  • 20 ml Spicy honey, e.g. fir honey
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 25 ml Raspberry vinegar
  • 3 g Salt
  • 5 g Freshly chopped rosemary
  • 50 g Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 g Ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and sort the lettuce
  • Fry the bacon until crispy
  • Make a marinade out of honey, oil, vinegar and spices
  • Moisten the lettuce with half of the dressing and distribute on 2 large plates
  • Pour the bacon and cheese over it and pour the rest of the dressing
  • Finally sprinkle with pomegranate seeds
