Lamb’s Lettuce with Bacon, Fresh Goat Cheese and Pomegranate Seeds

- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 100 g Bacon
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- 20 ml Spicy honey, e.g. fir honey
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 25 ml Raspberry vinegar
- 3 g Salt
- 5 g Freshly chopped rosemary
- 50 g Pomegranate seeds
- 1 g Ground pepper
- Wash and sort the lettuce
- Fry the bacon until crispy
- Make a marinade out of honey, oil, vinegar and spices
- Moisten the lettuce with half of the dressing and distribute on 2 large plates
- Pour the bacon and cheese over it and pour the rest of the dressing
- Finally sprinkle with pomegranate seeds
