Hot Honey Chilli Sauce
The perfect hot honey chilli sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 ml Ketchup (Heinz 57)
- 1 piece Shallot
- 1 piece Piri piri chili
- 50 g Flowerhoney
- 1 tbsp Dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Harissa
- 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Curry powder (English mixture)
- 5 drops Tabasco
- 2 Stalk Chopped leaf parsley
- This extremely delicious sauce should not be missing at any barbecue party, it goes perfectly with grilled or roasted meat and poultry. It is also delicious with fondue or on a burger!
- For the preparation, cut the shallot into very fine cubes and finely chop the washed parsley as well as the piri piri. Mix everything in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and serve.
- The sauce can also be made in larger quantities, you should then portion it and freeze it.
