Hot Potato and Pepper Pan

The perfect hot potato and pepper pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 3 Red Pointed peppers
  • 2 Shallots, cut into strips
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Parsley, finely chopped
  • Chilli, finely chopped, to taste
  • Sweet paprika
  • Espelette pepper
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes with an edge length of approx. 0.5 cm. Cut the pointed peppers into fine strips.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes all around until golden brown. Then season with the noble sweet paprika and the Espelette pepper and season with pepper and salt. Then add the pointed peppers, shallots and garlic and chilli and under Turn and fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Then season to taste again and finally fold in the parsley.
