Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 small tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • 2 thick gherkins
  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 6 slices of toast
  • 12 sausages (mini wieners)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for buffet and party

Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Slice the cucumbers thinly. Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut 12 rounds out of the bread and toast them or fry them in a pan until golden brown. Fry the wieners all over. First, spread mayonnaise on each round of bread, then place the tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and sausage on top and secure everything with a wooden skewer. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fried onions, if desired.
