Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ kg mushrooms, fresh
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

Wash and halve the mushrooms. Add a little olive oil to a pan and fry the mushrooms for a while. Reduce the heat and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Finally, stir in fresh parsley and chill.
