Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ can of corn
  • ½ can kidney beans
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 250 g cheese (herd’s cheese)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 200 ml dressing (ready-made product or homemade)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Drain the corn and kidney beans, chop the remaining ingredients, and place them in a bowl. Mix with the dressing and let it sit for a moment. We think this is enough for a main meal.
