Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) lime(s)
  • 1 shot of syrup (elderflower syrup), approx.
  • 100 ml tonic water
  • 100 ml sparkling wine (alcohol-free)
  • mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

also a pleasure without alcohol

Cut a slice from a hot-washed lime and quarter it. Place it in a large (red wine) glass. Pour a dash of elderflower syrup over it. Top with tonic water and (non-alcoholic) sparkling wine. Add a few ice cubes and a few mint leaves.
