Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml ginger ale
  • ½ lime(s), organic
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp syrup (elderflower)
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for drivers and children

Wash the lime in hot water and quarter it. Squeeze half a lime into a glass using your fingers or a muddler. Add brown sugar and elderflower syrup. Top with ginger ale and add ice cubes, if desired. Very refreshing on hot summer days. For children, you can also omit the lime zest from the glass.
