Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g biscuit(s), crumbled
- 20 g sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 70 g butter, liquid
- Butter for the mold
- 800 g cream cheese
- 150 g sour cream
- 175 sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 30 g flour
- 60 ml milk
- 100 g sour cream as a topping
- n. B. Fruits of your choice according to season, alternatively fruit sauce of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Butter a 26cm springform pan. Mix the ingredients for the base together, knead into a dough, and press into the pan, forming a rim about 2cm high. For the filling, mix the sour cream and cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a food processor until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the milk and flour and mix in. Pour the filling into the base. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 1 hour. Leave to cool with the oven door open. Once cooled, spread 100g of sour cream over the top and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Top with fruit or drizzle with fruit sauce and serve.
