Hunter Breakfast

The perfect hunter breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Jacket potatoes not fully cooked
  • 150 g Meat sausage simple / city sausage simple
  • 100 g Mushrooms brown
  • 150 g Leek
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Worcester sauce
  1. Peel off the cooked but not cooked jacket potatoes and cut into 1cm cubes. The same with the meat sausage: peel and dice. Rub the mushrooms with the brush and cut into slices. Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash. Drain in the sieve.
  2. Brown 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the potato cubes until brown.
  3. Add a little more butter and the sausage, also fry. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook well. But mushrooms should still have a bite. In the last few minutes, add the leek and Worcester sauce and a dollop of butter.
  4. Now season the whole thing again vigorously with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, place on preheated plates and then: Enjoy your meal !!!!
