Ingredients

  • 120 g Spelt flour
  • 120 g Oatmeal
  • 150 g Mixed seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, pine
  • 50 g Sesame
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 400 ml Water
  • 120 g Cheese - grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees circulating air. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate cheese, prepare.
  • Mix all ingredients well. Is pretty fluid at first. Let something swell. Then spread a thin layer on the baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes on the middle rack.
  • After 15 minutes of baking time, take the tray out of the oven and cut the sheet of dough, which is still soft but no longer liquid, into rectangles with a sharp knife or pizza roller. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for the rest of the time. The crispbread should be light golden brown, then it's ready.
  • So that it stays nice and crisp when stored for a long time, keep it in a lockable box. With us, however, it never lasts very long ..............
