Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms, of your choice
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 ml vegetable broth, instant
- 20 g flour
- 30 g bacon, diced
- 4 tbsp cream
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 shot of port wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Heat the oil. Sauté the mushrooms, onion, and bacon, dust with flour, and deglaze with the stock. Bring to a boil. When the mushrooms are cooked, stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the port wine and sprinkle with parsley.
