Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 250 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 apples, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp nuts, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

so the day starts well

Heat the milk and pour it over the oatmeal, letting it soak for 20 minutes. Mix the apples with lemon juice and add sugar. Mix the oatmeal with the cream and add the apple puree. Sprinkle the muesli with the nuts and serve immediately. This recipe can also be easily adapted: with banana slices, orange cubes, chopped dried fruit, honey instead of sugar…the sky’s the limit.
