Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 80 g lean ham, diced
  • 500 ml low-fat yogurt
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for cream sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Low carb, low fat, WW – suitable

Brown the turkey in a little oil and place it in a frying pan. Thinly slice the mushrooms and thinly slice the leeks, then arrange them over the turkey. Spread the grated cheese on top. Brown the ham cubes and sprinkle over the cheese. Finally, stir the sauce powder into the yogurt and pour over the contents of the pan. Refrigerate overnight to allow it to marinate. The next day, braise in the oven at 180°C for about 1 hour and serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
