Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 100 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- Jam, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
nice and crumbly and jammy, for about 50 pieces
Knead all ingredients into a dough. Form the dough into small balls and make a hollow in the center with the handle of a wooden spoon. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Once cooled, fill the hollows with jam.
