Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork chop(s), from Iberico pork
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Rinse and dry the meat. Heat the clarified butter in an ovenproof pan and sear the cutlet on all sides for about 2 minutes. Finally, add the finely chopped garlic clove and toss the cutlet in it again. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and sugar and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes. To ensure even cooking, turn the meat over after 15 minutes. Serve the cutlet on a plate. We enjoy this with Parmesan spaghetti and a crisp salad.
