Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 ml water
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g flour
- some cinnamon powder
- Fat for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Waffle cone
Boil the sugar with 1/4 liter of water, remove from the heat, and melt the butter in the mixture. Once the mixture has cooled, add the flour, eggs, and spices. Drop the dough, tablespoon by tablespoon, into a greased croissant pan, bake until light brown, and immediately roll them into cones or rolls. They’ll stay crispy for a long time if stored in a tightly sealed tin.
