Ice chip cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g meringue(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 100 g nuts of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

enough for approx. 12 pieces

Chop the meringue into small pieces, but not too finely. I always use a freezer bag and pound it with a meat mallet. Finely grind the nuts. I buy the chocolate shavings ready-made. Put everything in a bowl. Whip the two cups of cream until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mixture. Pour the mixture into the cups of a 12-serving muffin tin and freeze for about 4 hours (you may want to line the tin with cling film beforehand, so the muffins can be easily removed one at a time). This recipe also works wonderfully as a dessert, as it can be made days in advance.
