Yogurt-banana ice cream on a stick

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 banana(s), ripe, possibly 2
  • 1 tbsp honey, possibly 2
  • 1 pinch(s) lemon peel, grated, possibly 2

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend. Then pour into small plastic cups or a silicone ice cream mold. Insert the popsicle stick into the center of the mold and freeze in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight. This is a wonderfully quick ice cream treat, not just for little ones! Of course, the banana can easily be substituted for any other fruit!
