Ice-cold strawberry-raspberry milkshake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey, to taste
  • 500 ml milk, cold

If you have a blender with an ice crusher, you can add the frozen fruit directly to the blender and blend it more or less vigorously (as you like). If you don’t have an ice crusher, let the frozen berries thaw for about 30 minutes until they’re slightly soft (the following step also applies to fresh fruit), then you can blend the berries. Then add the milk, or a little honey if you prefer it sweeter. Blend everything. Serve ice cold and garnished with fresh fruit.
