- 170 g Penne rigate
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 30 g Branded butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 small Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning mix for oven vegetables

- 3 tablespoon Alfalfa sprout seeds – makes 4 cups of fresh sprouts
- First of all: Alfalfa sprouts are a real vitamin bomber (C, D, E, G, K and U) – one cup of alfalfa sprouts has the vitamin C content of 6 cups of orange juice! Germination is very easy – you can harvest after three to four days – and the sprouts are extremely tasty anyway. They taste mildly nutty and go very well with pasta.
- Cook the pasta with the salt in boiling water until al dente and pour it into a sieve.
- Fry the butter with a pinch of salt until it starts to brown. Stir in the garlic, Provence herbs and seasoning mixture and immediately fold in the drained pasta and half of the sprouts. Scatter the remaining fresh sprouts over the pasta at the table.
