Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • some cream substitute, vegan
  • ½ pack of quark substitute, vegan
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • ½ bar of white chocolate, finely grated
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • e.g. erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. Flour, gluten-free
  • 1 shot of oat milk (oat drink)
  • e.g. erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • Berries of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 25 minutes

Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream and freeze until firm. Mix all the ingredients for the crepes and cook in a crepe maker or in a pan.
