Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bottle of vodka (fig vodka)
  • 1 bottle of eggnog
  • 2 pkt. Juice (banana-peach, tetra pack)
  • n. B. Fruits, fresh or canned, chopped
  • e.g. ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Combine the juice, eggnog, and vodka in a punch bowl and mix. Add the fruit (without the juice if using canned fruit). Just before serving, scoop the vanilla ice cream into scoops, add them, and let them melt (they don’t have to melt completely—just try it).
