Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g green, seedless grapes
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Sugar

Summery, light, fruity and quick to prepare

Remove the outer leaves from the iceberg lettuce, remove the remaining leaves from the stalk, tear them apart, wash them, and drain well. Peel and fillet the oranges. Peel, quarter, and core the apple, and cut both ingredients into pieces. Wash and halve the grapes. Place everything in a large salad bowl. Season the cream with salt, pepper, and sugar, pour it over the salad, and toss to combine. Only a little salad dressing is needed. The amount is just right; please don’t drown the salad in cream. Serve immediately.
