Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g margarine or butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 medium-sized apples, quartered, approx. 900 g
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 75 g almond flakes
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

in the Thermomix

Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, margarine or butter, sugar, and eggs in a Thermomix TM at 40 seconds (speed 5). Spread batter into a greased baking dish (26 cm diameter). Peel and core apples and chop in a Thermomix TM at 10 seconds (speed 4). Spread over the batter. For the topping, mix the cream, sour cream, vanilla pudding, and sugar in a Thermomix TM at 10 seconds (speed 4). Spread the cream over the apples and scatter the almond flakes on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool in the dish.
