Apple and leek salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small leek(s)
  • 1 apple, granny
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the leek and slice into thin rings. Peel, core, and coarsely grate the apple. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar. Season the marinade to taste and toss with the salad. Sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds, if desired.
