Iceberg lettuce with apples

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 4 apples, sour, green
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar, possibly more
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

unusual, fresh and very simple

Peel and core the apples. Trim the lettuce and cut it into very small pieces. Grate half of the apples and immediately toss with the lemon juice. Quarter the other half, slice them very thinly, and then cut them into small pieces. For the salad dressing, season the grated apples with sour cream, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the apple pieces and mix well. Mix in the shredded lettuce.
