Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 10 half apricots, from the can
- 3 tbsp vinegar (walnut or other mild variety)
- 1 tbsp oil (sunflower)
- 4 tbsp yogurt (cream), Greek
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 2 tsp, levelled sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
- pepper
- n. B. herbs (frozen), Italian, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Trim the iceberg lettuce and cut it into strips. Dice the apricots. Make a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients. Mix the dressing with the iceberg lettuce in a bowl and finally fold in the diced apricots.
