Iceberg lettuce with bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 100 g bacon, streaky, diced
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Remove the outer leaves from the lettuce, cut it into eighths, wash, and drain. For the dressing, combine the oil with sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika, then add the parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad. Heat the margarine, fry the bacon and onion cubes until browned, and scatter over the salad.
