Iceberg lettuce with goat cheese and mustard – honey sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 1 jar olives, black
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 slice(s) cheese, soft goat cheese, approx. 2 cm thick
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, wash, and arrange in a large salad bowl or on individual plates. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and arrange them decoratively on the salad. Add the olives and place the goat cheese on top. Sprinkle half of the dill over the salad. Drizzle half of the honey decoratively over the salad. Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise, the remaining dill, and the honey, and season with salt and pepper. Place this salad dressing in the center of the salad.
