Iceberg lettuce with pomegranate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 handfuls of almonds, sliced
  • 200 g cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • dashes lemon(s) (juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Scoop out the pomegranate flesh with a spoon. Mix the shredded iceberg lettuce with the flesh. Mix the cream, lemon, salt, and pepper together and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with almonds. Very fruity and with a tangy flavor.
