Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 3 large bananas, frozen
- 1 shot of milk
- 4 tbsp baking cocoa
- 400 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without any added sugar
In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the cocoa powder and mix with the cream. In another bowl, puree the bananas with a little milk. Fold in the chocolate cream. Freeze for about 20 minutes, then serve.
