Iced chocolate with Baileys

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder (Kaba or other instant powder)
  • 4 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (nut)
  • e.g. cream, whipped
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk together the milk and cocoa powder until no lumps remain. Add the Bailey’s and mix well. Place two scoops of nut ice cream into each tall glass, fill with the flavored milk, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, if desired. Sit back and enjoy! Note: The ice cream flavor can be varied to your liking; personally, I find nut ice cream works best.
