Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 scoops of ice cream (chocolate ice cream)
- 150 ml milk, cold
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup of espresso, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Using a spoon or ladle, pour the chocolate ice cream into a large glass, such as a latte macchiato glass, and press down lightly at the bottom. Stir the sugar into the milk to taste and pour the cold milk over the ice cream. Pour a hot espresso from a fully automatic coffee machine over the ice cream. Tip: Alternatively, filter coffee or instant coffee will probably also work. It should be hot, though.
