Ingredients
- 50 g Cream
- 2 balls Vanilla icecream
- 75 ml Cold milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 Espresso
- Some cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare espresso and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Mix the milk with the vanilla sugar and espresso. Whip the cream until stiff.
- Put the ice in a tall glass and pour the milk and espresso mix over it. Pour the cream on the iced coffee. Serve garnished with a little cocoa.
