Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Cream
  • 2 balls Vanilla icecream
  • 75 ml Cold milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Espresso
  • Some cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare espresso and chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Mix the milk with the vanilla sugar and espresso. Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Put the ice in a tall glass and pour the milk and espresso mix over it. Pour the cream on the iced coffee. Serve garnished with a little cocoa.
