Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 espresso (double)
  • e.g. whipped cream
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour vanilla ice cream into a glass, top with 1-2 tablespoons of Baileys. Pour a cold double espresso, ideally prepared the next morning, over the ice. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
